Welcome to Marquee On The Bay RV Resort. All though technicality we are classified as a RV Park, Marquee On The Bay is consider to be more of a RV Resort. With all the great amenities, surrounding restaurants, local events & nightlife and the beautiful outdoors why not call it a resort. You have the option to relax and enjoy the outdoors, take advantage of all the local and outdoor activities or do a little bit of both.

As you can see from this video above, Marquee On The Bay is spacious and beautifully located on the Dickinson Bayou. It has plenty of room for any type of RV. The grounds are kept extremely clean, grass is regularly cut, pool is always clean and the management provides the best amenities possible for your stay.

Whether you are just visiting the beautiful state of Texas, staying for one night or a long term visit, we welcome you to stay at our beautiful resort. We are located between South Houston and Galveston Island. Our location is a very short drive to many attractions & amenities, just minutes away from NASA, the Kemah Boardwalk and the Galveston Beaches. The resort is also walking distance from the Dickinson Bayou where you can enjoy great outdoor activities like fishing, boating, kayaking and bird watching or you can enjoy watching a beautiful sunset.

Marquee On The Bay RV Resort offers a panoramic view of Dickinson Bay and our fresh water lakes that are on the grounds. Travelers, campers and visitors come to our area to experience our quiet resort atmosphere, beautiful nature, sea breezes and a variety of saltwater activities. RESTRICTIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS

We welcome you to come stay at our resort and have a great experience. Relax and enjoy a peaceful laid back atmosphere, get away from the hussle and bussle. We understand what it takes to provide a calm, peaceful and tranquil atmosphere and we appreciate all our quest doing their part. Although we are very lenient, we do have a few restrictions you must follow.

• All RV's must be in good working condition. Your RV or camper must look nice and clean. Sorry no FEMA trailers, window units, tarped or boarded windows or roofs. We have the right to refuse service to any RV that is in poor condition.

• All children under the age of 14 must at ALL times be accompanied by an adult.

• Friendly pets are allowed in the resort. No aggressive breeds are allowed at anytime. All pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. Dogs that continuously bark are not allowed and please pick up your pets poop.

• Guest and visitors are allowed to visit. They are not allowed to stay overnight and they must abide by the same rules and regulations that you do.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that violates any of our rules or regulations. We will not tolerate any illegal activity, vulgar or foul language, violence, vandalism or any actions that management seems unnecessary.
